I've had a wonderful time at the Sydney Bead and Gem show last weekend! The best part was chatting to all my on-line friends in person. So a big THANK YOU for those of you who looked me up at the show, it was fun to catch up with everyone again.

I'm also stoked that I won the 1st prize in the lampwork bead competition, didn't expect to win considering all the wonderful entries! My entry was inspired by the photo below of a humble marine worm (Banded Tentacle Polychaete to be exact). Isn't it stunning?


Here's one of my best effort so far. All of them can be used as pendant, however, this one was a little fragile to wear so I fixed it to a little canvas for display.

I just love how it turned out! All I have to do now is to hang on to one for myself!
